We are a couple based in Calgary, Canada. With Edgar’s six years of experience and
passion for photography,combined with Kristelle’s creativity, we built Vivid Studio.

We are dedicated to capturing meaningful moments with care and intention. Having met
and grown together in Calgary, our journey is rooted in mutual support, hard work, and a
shared vision. Today, we are living our dream of running our own photo studio – creating
lasting memories through timeless photography.

Yes, we have our own photographer, and you can take advantage of our professional’s services to create perfect shots. We also have experienced make-up artists and stylists who will help choose and create the ideal look for your photoshoot.

The rental duration can be found in the ‘Prices‘ section.

  • Cancellation without penalty– if the booking is cancelled 48 hours or more before the shoot.
  • Partial refund– cancellation 24-48 hours before the shoot may result in a partial loss of the deposit (e.g., 50%).
  • No refund– cancellation less than 24 hours before the shoot or no-show may result in the loss of the entire deposit.
  • Date change– it is possible to reschedule the booking to another date if done in advance (e.g., 24-48 hours before the shoot).

Yes you can.

  • Unpaid reservations are canceled automatically. The amount of prepayment is 100%.
  • Paid reservations cannot be canceled. Paid reservations can be rescheduled for another day no later than 72 hours before the start of the rental.
  • If you have less than 72 hours before the rental, we can put your time for sale, and if other clients buy your time, you can make a full transfer to another day.
  • Reservation fees are not refundable.
